L&F Pet Services Ltd [L&F]
1. You are responsible for your dog during the session, although we are there to oversee and step in if needed. Please pick up your dog's poo and dispose of it correctly.

2. When you arrive, please park respectfully - the car park can get a little busy at times! Please stay in the car with your dog until instructed. This is to prevent too much of a queue of dogs into the field, as some dogs may become frustrated on the lead and bark, lunge etc.

3. Please do not socialise on lead in the car park. When entering the field, please find yourself a space to wait. Please wait for the instruction to unclip your dog - this can only be done once everyone is inside the field and the gate locked. Should you need to exit the field, please let a member of staff know so they can unlock the gate and ensure no dogs are near the gate.

4. Please do not bring toys or food into the field. We have this rule to prevent any untoward behaviour developing through jealousy, guarding or other such behaviour

5. By joining these sessions, you are agreeing that your dog is in good health, and has not harmed or shown any aggression or threatening behaviour towards any person or another dog. Please contact us to discuss whether these sessions are the right fit for you and your dog if you are unsure.
6. We may remove your dog from the session if we deem it necessary. If the dog is showing signs of aggression towards other dogs, disrupting positive play with other dogs, or showing aggressive behaviour towards other people in the session, you may be asked to leave for the safety of all involved. We may be able to offer behaviour help in these cases.
7. All play is closely supervised to prevent harm, however, dogs may sustain some injuries during normal play. Scratches, punctures, torn ligaments or other injuries may still occur despite supervision due to rough play or running.

8. Female dogs in heat or pregnant are not allowed to attend the Social Sessions.

9. You must promptly inform L&F should your dog be diagnosed as having an infectious or contagious disease, including but not limited to: distemper, hepatitis, kennel cough, parvovirus, worms, Lyme disease, fleas, infectious skin diseases, intestinal parasites.

10. Even if your dog is vaccinated against Bordatella (Kennel Cough), there remains a possibility of your dog contracting Kennel Cough. By attending the sessions, you consent to not hold L&F Pet Services Ltd liable in the event that your dog contracts Kennel Cough during their attendance.

11. L&F may take photos of your pet during the session, and we may use them on our social media pages or website without further permission sought. We will ensure that no photos of minors are posted. Please let us know if you would prefer no photos of your pet to be used online and we will accommodate your wishes.
12. Payment - We can accept cash payment on arrival. Alternatively, we can accept direct bank transfers to:

13. L&F reserves the right to cut short or deviate from the advertised session in the event of dog behaviour/interaction/extreme weather or heat with no amendment to payment terms.
